Lately, I have been experiencing severe cramps and spasms in my legs and various parts of my body which has led to excruciating pain so much so that it would wake me up in the middle of the night. Consequently, I have been speaking with some friends and virtually all of them have advised the following:
- To consult with a GP and/or specialist, and,
- There is a definite lack or deficiency in either one or a combination of the nutrients: Calcium, Potassium, and Zinc.
Due to the fact that there is an overload of information on the Internet and as the saying goes “not to believe everything you hear or read”, looking for reliable, credible and honest information is tricky though it can be obtained from reliable sources IF you know where to look and how to use the Internet for your benefit particularly where your health is concerned. I am sure it can be agreed upon that where your health is concerned, one cannot afford to gain false information which at the end of the day will prove either fatal or at the very least, …leave you feeling worse than when you first started with your research in order to get answers to your predicament.
